FAQ

What is your current turn around on custom order?

We work to get all custom orders out within 5 business days, however for small items this is usually alot faster. If you need a faster turn around then just flick us an email and let us know before you order and we will give you a more accurate turn around time.

Can I change the spelling or details on my order?

If your order hasn’t entered the workshop cutting queue yet, we are happy to update it. Contact us as soon as possible and be sure to include your order number to help us find your order.

Do you ship nationwide across NZ?

Yes, all items are tracked shipping across New Zealand. We usually use NZ Post for most orders however some larger or locations may require other courier companies.
