Shipping policy

Processing times

Order processing is usually within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) however sometimes it takes a little longer for us to make your order. We will let you know as soon as possible if we need an extra day or two to get your order ready for you.

Once your order has been placed with us you will recieve an order confirmation email and and then another shipping notification email once we have shipped your order.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
